NOTD: Pistachio Ice Cream

Hi guys,

I know I've not done a nail post for a while, but seeing as the weather was so nice this weekend (weird I know!) I thought I would do some summery nails!

MUA Pistachio Ice Cream Nails

I bought this beautiful MUA Pistachio Ice Cream and wanted to try it out, I love the cool and vibrant colour which is perfect for Spring/ Summer. On the feature nail I used Collection's 47 Milkshake to make the cone, MUA's Lush Lilac for the ice cream and MUA's Bright Coral for the cherry on top, to highlight the cone and ice cream I used Barry M's black nail art pen.

I hope you all had a great weekend and like this look! Let me know what you think in the comments below :)

OPI - Baby please come home

Hi everyone,

Today's post is going to be a swatch of OPI's Liquid Sand polish called Baby Please Come Home. I nabbed this polish in Sally Hansen's sale last month and absolutely fell in love with the colour.

Mini haul from my trip to town

Hi Peeps,

Today's post is going to be about a mini beauty haul (mainly polishes), I will be sharing products that I have recently purchased when I ventured into town last week (never a good thing for my bank balance!). This post is just a quick insight into what I have purchased but I will probably do full posts on most of these products later on!

Gothic Glam meets China Glaze

Hi everyone, Hope you all had a lovely NYE and New Years :)

This is my first post of the New Year! Doesn't that feel strange, it's going to take me a while to get my head around it seeing as sometimes at uni I still write 2012 on my lecture notes! haha. Any hoo about today's post....

I decided to bring the Gothic Glam Dramatic back out again (I may have a slight obsession) and pair it up with the China Glaze Gossip over Gimlets.

Saran Wrap Nails

Hi everyone,

Today I thought I would do some Saran wrap nails as they are simple and don't really take a lot of time to complete but they look effective! (win, win situation!). These again turned out to be summery colours, I think I'm just in winter denial hehe.

Hot Pink

Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

The design today is pretty simple. Since the weather outside is so depressing I think bright polish is perfect for a day like this. I decided to bring the dotting tool out for this one as well just to add a little design to the nails instead of just having them plain.

There's nothing like a nice mocha!

I have been learning how to do acrylic nails and so far have only done french tips. Today is the first time I have tried to do full colour nails and I also did one feature nail which was full glitter. For the brown I used NSI Mocha and for the glitter nails I used NSI Totally Clear with High Maintenance Nail Systems gold glitter.

more on these nails after the jump.

Christmas nails :)

I decided to get in to the festive spirit by doing some Christmas nail art. This was my first attempt so I have done them on nail tips.

The first one is of a snowman. I used red nail polish and white nail art polish and striper brush.

see more on these after the jump.
